Returns are at the customer’s expense and they can be done within 14 days from the reception of the goods.
Italy and EU:
Returns are at the expenses of the customer.
All items must be returned by express courier.
Any items returned by post will not be accepted.
Any size or colour change are free of charge and at the expenses of the Company.
Any further change will be at the expenses of the customer.
After the third attempt of the carrier to deliver or pick-up of the changing item, the shipping charges will be at the customer’s expenses.
Returns and Duties are at the expenses of the customer.
The customer must return the items in their original conditions: items must be unused, unworn (other than the purpose of trying on) and with the original tags still attached. No marks, no stain, no fur and no rips.
Once received, Tre Ponti will refund the returned items (not the shipping costs) within 3-5 business days.
For Extra-CEE countries we can’t do exchanges. We can only offer refunds. If you purchase an incorrect product, you will need to go through our Refund process and purchase a new product afterwards.
